Orphaned Gaumata Baby Rescued – Hit & Run, Spine Injury
In March 2020, Dr. Naresh Sharma ji's Kamdhenu ambulance rescued a little orphaned Gaumata baby struck in a hit-and-run accident — spine injuries were discovered during treatment.
A Village's Child, Left Without a Village
In Vrindavan, baby Krishna — Bal Gopal — was never raised by his mother alone. The whole village doted on him, watched over him, treated his wellbeing as everyone's responsibility. A little orphaned Gaumata baby has no such village. In March 2020, Dr. Naresh Sharma ji's Kamdhenu ambulance found one, struck in a hit-and-run accident, with no mother, no herd, and no community stepping in to help her.
Brought Home
She was rescued and brought home for treatment and care at GauNandiSewa's hospital. An orphaned calf recovering from a hit-and-run has no family to lean on through the pain of it — only whoever chooses to stand in for one.
A Deeper Injury, Found in Time
During treatment, she was found to be suffering from spine injuries as well — a complication that might have gone unnoticed without the sustained attention GauNandiSewa was already giving her. She may have lost her village the day of that accident, but she gained one here.
