In March 2021, GauNandiSewa received a request from Greater Noida to save a hit-and-run victim, an orphaned Gaumata/cow baby suffering from a fractured leg with an open wound. She was rescued by Dr. Naresh Sharma ji's Kamdhenu ambulance and brought home for treatment and care.
