Found Wounded in Sector 80

On 23rd May 2026, GauNandiSewa received a report of a Nandi baba in Sector 80, Noida with a piece of metal lodged in his leg — the wound around it raw, swollen, and clearly paining him with every step. No one knows how long he had been carrying it, walking on it, wincing through it, with no one stopping to look closely enough to notice what was actually wrong.

Bringing Him Home for Care

GauNandiSewa's animal rescue ambulance reached Sector 80 and brought him in for immediate examination. Removing embedded metal from a wound is delicate work — done carelessly, it risks tearing the tissue further or leaving fragments behind to fester. Our team worked to extract it safely and begin cleaning the wound beneath, the first real relief he had likely felt in days.

Standing at Our Door Now, Instead of Mahadev's

He is now healing at GauNandiSewa's hospital in Noida, his wound treated and monitored daily as it closes. Nandi's place has always been at the threshold of the sacred, watching over what matters most. For now, his place is with us — resting, recovering, and reminded, in whatever way an animal can be reminded, that someone finally noticed him.
